Bay Property Network is a relaxed property networking event for the Lancaster and Morecambe Bay area, hosted by Katie Banks and Peter Baker. Held on the last Wednesday of every month in Morecambe, the event brings together property investors, tradespeople, sourcers, finance providers, property managers and anyone curious about property.
The event has an informal, down-to-earth feel, with a format that can range from casual networking in the pub to site tours of local projects. Bay Property Network is free to attend and built around genuine conversation, local connections and supporting the wider property community across Morecambe, Lancaster and the surrounding area.
